Did MI5 in the BNP and Anti-Racists Leak that List?

Was the BNP membership leak the work of MI5?

Apparently a national newspaper thinks so, and if so - it seems to point to MI5 agents high in the BNP and in the "Anti-Racist" movement liaising.
