With corruption in the police currently on full display at the Leveson Enquiry, and institutional ineptitude on display after a negro serial rapist escaped justice for many years in the South London area (he was black, his victims mostly -or all?- white, so the police escape a charge of institutional racism); we must not be afraid to speak out against cover-ups.

When politicians and establishment figures (and past paedo scandals with MPs have been silenced) are involved, the establishment often closes ranks. They did so in a huge scandal in North London involving a local Labour bigwig. Is it the Masonic link? The old school tie network, or just evil people conspiring to abuse children?

Paedophilia is a heinous crime. There is nothing worse. This society and the criminal justice system treats it as if it were bank robbery (often bank robbers get longer sentences!): as if bits of paper meant more than the lives and innocence of children. 

We, whether we call ourselves the silent majority, the voice of decency, the defenders of Christian values, must speak out and demand the strictest possible sentences for paedo's. The death sentence, for the worst cases, MUST be an option.

As sexual degenerates are given free reign in society, and promoted by parliament, the BBC and even the churches (yes, and even in nationalism!), is it any wonder that other sexual degenerates feel empowered, especially when these seedy, drug-riddled worlds often overlap.

Some will be surprised I mention nationalism, but the fact is that just as in the post-1960s (some would say "judaised") Catholic Church, nationalism (through the - some would say "Zionised" - BNP) began in the 00's to turn a "blind eye" to queers. The stable door was well and truly open. Once you open that door the cancer of sexual perversion floods in. Now those who split-off from the BNP and joined groups like the EDL even have their own queer sections.

There is no excuse. There can be no excuses. 

This is why nationalism must stand firm. No to homosexuality. No to paedophilia. Outlaw the former. Capital punishment for the latter.

Trying to (ahem) fudge on this issue leads to what the (liberalised) Catholic Church and the (liberalised) BNP suffered - being seen as outright hypocrites in public. Saying one thing, doing another. Defending the Family in public, but allowing perverts in your own ranks. That kind of flip-flop policy is not only false, it eats away at the innards of the organisation, because the public see you as hypocrites, your members no longer believe, and your organisation is bought out by, split by and internally emptied by the forces of liberalism and degeneracy that you should have been fighting against in the first place instead of allowing them in (ahem) by the back door, just to be all "caring" and "inclusive," or more cynically for the money and manpower needs of the organisation in question.

There can be no cover-ups. Truth and justice is required in all such cases.

An interesting result, clearly showing polarisation between Unionism and Independence, with half favouring the former. A full 55% seem to agree with the Tories/NuLab etc. that there should be Unionism or the status quo.

Interestingly, unless someone can state otherwise, I do not think there is a political party that favours abolishing Holyrood. UKIP and the BNP (and even the Tories) may once have pushed that line, but they all now seem to accept its existence, within a United Kingdom.

That 39% of readers favour Scottish Independence (43% if you include "devo-max") is also of interest, in that this is quite a high number and also given that most of our readership is outside Scotland.

Of course, this blog is also read by non-nationalists who may well favour Scottish independence or unionism, we have no control over who votes. Perhaps we should also have put a don't know/care option.

Degenerate Modern: Ruth Davidson - Tory & Homosexual.

In his seminal work Degenerate Moderns, American author E Michael Jones says that modern artists are a product of their dysfunctional personal lives, and especially their degenerate sexual activities. To break that down and over-simplify it we could say that pooftahs and the like make "art" that is filth. Their lives are mired in filth so their output is mired in filth. Simples.

Think of the BBC. The dumbing down. The soaps pushing faggotry. The news output that pushes 60s liberalism. Why are we surprised when so many pooftahs are involved in the BBC? Just yesterday a former-BBC bod, Ruth Davidson, was announced as the leader of the Scottish Tories, and the BBC news crowed that she was the "first openly gay party leader in the UK" as if this was a pivotal moment, a landmark for freedom, and something to be embraced.

In medialand it probably is, but in the real world where we struggle to pay bills, work every hour God sends and try to bring our kids up to know right from wrong, against a deluge of liberalism.

Was it coincidence then that the day the 'Gay Tory' took control of the Scottish Tories, that the posters for the London 2012 Olympics were unveiled? Ruth McKenzie, the leader of the Cultural Olympiad (sounds like a Soviet Commissar) defended the posters on yesterdays media - clearly used to the gushing praise from luvvies and shocked that so many "normal" people were saying "what the....?"

Ms McKenzie (she has to be a Ms!) is pictured above. Look at the people sponsoring this mess. BP, BT - all the usual big businesses pouring in their vast profits from people like us who can ill-afford their inflated bills. And their money goes to "art" that is just shite. Sorry, but I tried to be all high-brow, but it just pure unadulterated, absolute shite with few, if any, redeeming features.

Funnily enough, many of the great Degenerate Modern cultural events (one thinks of the crime-ridden Notting Hill Carnival or the various Gay Pride rallies where pooftahs illegally walk around with their backsides hanging out) could not take place without big business sponsors (and tax-payer money put in by councils) underpinning the loss-making events that 'celebrate' all that is wrong with Modern Britain.

The people 'celebrating' these new Olympic posters, the modern art promoters and collectors, do not live in the real world. They want to kid us that these child-like scribblings offer something "exciting" or "vibrant" or "enriching," the same buzz-words they use to inform us plebs that multi-racism is so beneficial to us! This from the people who only mix with rich 'coconut' ethnics (black on the outside, white on the inside), whose sole idea of "mixing it" with ethnics is which au pair they employ (isn't that a modern form of slavery?), which restaurants they go to, and pay Abdul at the 24-hour petrol station. You think that last one is far-fetched? Billy Bragg actually used that ('I get on great with the Asian at the local petrol station' or somesuch) to justify multi-racism when he lives in hideously White Dorset, not his native London (now very "native").

These people live in their one bubble of luvees, Guardianistas, Islington-types and suchlike whose idea of slumming-it is to fore go their Starbuck's Choca-Mocha Double Grande Vanilla Latte. They live in their gated communities or their white flight enclaves, and tell us that all the degenerate modern world has to offer from inner city London drugs gangs to the output of Tracey Emin is "enriching".

It is all soulless and degenerate. Since the 60s the world of art, politics, religion, culture, education, communities etc. etc. have all been ripped apart. The very soul of these building blocks of our society have had their innards ripped out by the Frankfurt School 'Degenerate Moderns' - the Commissars of the New Age.

I'm not saying everything was "perfect" before the 60s, because it so clearly was not, but the answer to that world was not the uber-liberalism of the 60s, which has delivered us a society wherein every gangsta knows their "rights" but so very few know their duties.

The London riots were interesting insofar as it was possible, if only for a short time, that the world of the ganstas might infringe on the Degenerate Moderns... but whereas the police were content to stand back and watch the multi-culti gangstas rip apart the homes and businesses of 'ordinary' people in London, I wonder how fast they would have moved in (even with the army!) if the same rioters had marched on Westminster (or even worse - for them) Islington, Chiswick or Kensington and impinged on the 'bubble' of the likes of our political and cultural "leaders."

One thing is clear, yesterday's news output with its 'Gay Scottish Tory' and its Olympics Modern Art shows just how bad things have gotten in Modern Britain. Will it get even darker before the dawn?

Minimum Sentences for Edinburgh Homosexual Paedo Ring-leaders

It appears that the two Scottish paedophile ring-leaders, including the head of a "Gay Youth" group who campaigned against Section 28, have received minimum sentences which means they will serve longer than the typical 7.5 years.

I guess that's better than nothing.

But when they were raping children as young as 3 months old, we have to ask when these absolute scum (oft over-used, but absolutely apt here) have to do something disturbing enough to face the death penalty.

Neil Strachan, 41, attempted to rape an 18-month-old boy while 38-year-old James Rennie sexually assaulted a three-month-old.

Strachan was sentenced to a minimum of 16 years in prison, while Rennie was ordered to serve at least 13 years.

I know it sounds like a cliché and it's a populist slogan etc. etc., but there surely comes a time when the crime committed is so obscene and Satanic, that the death penalty is the only response from a society which seeks to retain an iota of decency.

According to reports "Rennie was the chief executive of LGBT Youth Scotland, which offers advice to young gay and lesbian people."

'Young people' is pc code for children, some highly disturbed, confused, hormonal and looking for help... only to have an illness, deathstyle and perversion pushed on them as not just acceptable but a preferred "choice."

He also appeared on Scottish TV in the late 90s arguing against Section 28 - the law which prevented scum like him and his degenerate group going into Scottish schools and promoting homosexuality to young children.

He was also welcomed into the Scottish parliament by Labour ministers of the then Scottish government.

He also got to meet the Queen in his role as faggots' rights campaigner.

Would the perverts and Scottish (sic) politicians who agitated for the repeal of Section 28 for all their own warped politically correct and deranged sexual proclivities now have the decency to allow it to be re-introduced?

For the partial protection of schoolchildren and the (perhaps vain) effort to let children retain some sort of innocence for as long as possible.

The next Faggots Rights campaigner going into YOUR children's school could be a paedo.

Many homosexuals believe the age of consent should be lower than 16, with militant campaigners agitating, in their own sordid circles and literature, for it to be as low as 9!

Scottish "Gay" Youth Helpline Boss in Paedo Ring

The Paedo Ring busted in Scotland centred on a "gay couple" and James Rennie, the chief executive of advice centre LGBT Youth Scotland. They were convicted of bestial sex attacks on children.

"LGBT Youth Scotland" gets government handouts to advise children on how to become homosexual. No doubt they help confused, pressurised, bullied and hormone-imbalanced children "accept" that they are homosexual.

As other homosexual groups have pressed for the "gay" age of consent to be lowered to 14 and even 9 we have to wonder how much paedophilia is a built-in part of the homosexual deathstyle.

The Catholic Church dropped it's strict criteria on homosexuality, and then suffered the consequences as poofs entered seminaries and abused children. Even recently liberals were organised "gay masses" in London!

Even the BNP has dropped its opposition to homosexuality by accepting known homosexual members (one well known case was accepted because of the volume of money the 'gent' donated - he was also allowed to stand as a BNP candidate in the Home Counties).

We must be unequivocal when it comes to both homosexuality and paedophilia.

Both are great evils, long unacceptable in civilised society.

Turning a blind eye to homosexuality has torn whole families and communities away from the Catholic Church in America. Homosexuality made the NF a laughing stock amongst grass roots nationalists in the early 80s.

Lessons still need to be learnt it seems.

Just because the mass media and the politically correct say something is "right" - doesn't make it so.

People might respect those who draw a line in the sand and say a simple "no" to homosexuality (and paedophilia!) far more than those who (like the Thatcherite Tories in the 80s) say one thing in public, but practice quite another thing in private.

There is hope in that James Dowson, of the excellent pro-life group the UK Life League, now seems to be the BNP's main fundraiser. The UK Life League has put out a wealth of anti-homosexual literature and says:

"We regard [homosexuality] as sexual deviance, and believe that it flies in the face of the natural Order purposed by God for humankind. "

Cultural Gems Can be Found

Using BBC i-player anyone in the UK (I think it's limited to UK-usage... "licence-payer" issues etc.) can access some of the "minority" programmes made by the BBC that highlight the history and heritage of these isles.

Two such programmes are Scotland's Clans and Hidden History - broadcast on BBC2 Scotland and BBC2 Wales respectively.

If you co to the BBC Home Page and click on the i-player link, then click on categories, and then on the factual section, you will find these programmes (amidst others listed alphabetically).

Look out especially for Hidden History's programme on the 9th Century ruler of Powys (of Roman descent) who expelled the Saxons and an Iron Age hill fort near Welshpool, and for Scotland's Clans programme on the Stewarts (of Breton descent) - and the Wolf of Baddenoch and his burning down of a Scottish Cathedral.

There are gems out there... you just have search amidst the crud.

Plaid Cymru was Distributist... and BBC Alba

The growth of devolution in the UK is looked on in horror by some, but with hope by others, and how we treat the smaller nations may well come to define the very meaning of nationalism.

Right: Nationalism is looking to its roots and to real folk nationalism in both Wales and Scotland. The modern leaderships of Plaid Cymru and the SNP can try to liberalise... but the growth of folk nationalism and opposition to coloured immigration to save the Celtic cultures will bring about a new breed of nationalism.

An interesting snippet from Wikipedia on Saunders Lewis, one of the founders of Plaid Cymru:

Lewis wished to demonstrate how Welsh heritage was linked as one of the 'founders of European civilization.^[15] Lewis, a self-described "strong monarchist," wrote "Civilization is more than an abstraction. It must have a local habitation and name. Here its name is Wales."^[16][17] Additionally, Lewis strove for the stability and well-being of Welsh-speaking communities, decried both capitalism and socialism and promoted what he called perchentyaeth; a policy of 'distributing property among the masses.^[18]"

So we can see that Lewis and Plaid Cymru were Distributist and Third Positionist before WW2.

The Kikipedia piece shows how Plaid Cymru was diverted ("Post fascist era"?) to a social democratic model - leading the way to a take-over of lefties, socialists and so on, wherein Plaid now seeks to be the "more red than thou" alternative to New Labour.

Interestingly there doesn't seem to be mention of his poem in which he decries those with their "Hebrew snouts" in ledgers, nor the influence of (the French "fascist") Charles Maurras on Lewis's thinking.

It is fascinating to realise that whilst Chesterton and Co. were promoting Distributism in the English-speaking world, Saunders Lewis was doing likewise in the Welsh-speaking world.

It could certainly be argued that without Saunders Lewis the Welsh language could well have all but died outside of North West and South West Wales (latter day "reservations" for the "natives").

So the resurgence in Welsh identity and the current strength of Welsh, one of the oldest European languages, can be traced back to a man whom many leftists decry as a "fascist."

In Scotland recently many materialists made a fuss over the money spent on the BBC Channel Alba, which transmits programmes in Scots Gaelic, just as they did in Wales many years ago over S4C (Welsh Channel 4).

But we have to ask ourselves: what price an ancient European language?

Shouldn't we pay a relative pittance (Credit Crunch, bank bail-out etc.) to help preserve these great tongues and their cultures for the Scottish/Highlander and Welsh people of tomorrow?


BBC Alba can be seen on Sky TV and Freesat (S4C should be too): great for seeing local sports too (Gaelic Football in Scotland, Welsh Rugby, Scottish Hurling etc.).

Labour Battered in Glasgow East By-Election by SNP

Gordon Brown says he's on the side of hard-working families, after getting [another] bloody nose, this time at the hands of the socialist Scottish National Party in East Glasgow.

Right: The SNP logo. Labour is being hit from all sides as the (real) establishment jettisons Blair's 'third way' for whatever will replace it.

If Gordon is indeed the saviour of the working class, why the hell doesn't he reduce or even just cap the tax on petrol and diesel to allow people to travel to and for work without getting crucified by the exchequer?

Capping the tax isn't revolutionary - he'd still get more in tax revenue than he did this time last year.

The problem is that Gordon and the politicians don't want to set a precedent.

They so love putting up taxes (remember when VAT was 15%?) and rarely lower them.

They love filling their own coffers with billions so when they waste the occasional million here and there it doesn't really matter. After all, it's only a small percentage and it's someone else's money anyway.

I've told Gordon before how he can wipe out taxes and become a real saviour of the people, but he's in the pockets of the bankers like all the Masonic politicians.

if Gordon is on the side of the people then i'll wear a hat made of mash potato for a month!

Wendy Alexander's Resignation

After reading the FC Blog Wendy Alexander has been shamed into standing down as the leader of the Labour Party in Scotland!

Right: Who's Laughing Now?

Now if only other politicians caught with their hands in the till would stand down...

Yet resignation of ministerial post isn't enough. Wendy, like Peter 'Permatan' Hain and all the others, should be sacked as a member of parliament.

At the moment the signal we're getting is that cheating, illegality and/or embezzlement results in self-imposed demotion.

Like any self-regulation it's limp-wristed, weak and does nothing to stop future infringements.

So Wendy, well done for stepping down, but as no-one will make you, now's the time to show you are honest: resign as an MSP.

Wendy Alexander, Electoral Commission, Holidays & Expenses

There was a piece on tonight's news about Wendy Alexander, the Scottish Labour leader.

Right: Wendy Alexander, New Labour bigwig, Scottish opposition leader (the Scottish Nats are in control) laughs it up. She broke the law, and her punishment is a 24 hour suspension from Holyrood which won't take effect until the Autumn as the MSPs (Scottish MPs) are off on hols until then!

She was guilty of accepting illegal donations from a "non-dom" Labour supporter from Jersey - i.e. he was not on the UK voter register and so could not donate to UK parties.

I found two things very interesting.

The first was that the Electoral Commission refused to take action over her rule (law!) breaking, and it fell to the Scottish Parliament to suspend her for one day (yes, one day!).

This is further evidence that the Electoral Commission is a toothless joke which covers-up or ignores blatant law breaking by political parties and politicians; all of which (needless to add) does nothing to assuage the fears of an increasingly cynical electorate that the politicians bob and weave to side-step the rules (even feeble ones) and when caught they shrug their shoulders and seek out the next loophole.

The second interesting point was that the single day's suspension (wow - that'll teach her!!!) will be... erm... suspended (!) until the Autumn because the Scottish Parliament is closing down for the Summer.

Excuse me?

These bloated bureaucrats, these prancing prima-donnas, these expense-account executives, get exactly how long off? Three months???

And they wonder why we think they are overpaid, money-grubbing, expenses twisting miscreants!

In what other profession do you get a good wage, almost carte blanch expenses, housing and food paid for, subsidised bars and restaurants, elongated holidays, free travel, free post, plus the ability to hold down any number of other jobs (regardless of conflicts of interest) and to employ family members without advertising the posts?

I'm not alone in thinking that these people should take their snouts out of the trough and cast a view around a crumbling country which they have allowed to descend into an amoral mess in which criminality, drugs, violence et al are endemic.

"We Need Roots!"

The song, Roots, is a great lament for the loss of what the English once possessed.

It was G.K. Chesterton who derided the ruling elite (with their "bright dead alien eyes" - or as the great Welsh nationalist Saunders Lewis would have it, their "Hebrew snouts" stuck in ledgers) because they "knew no songs."

Now we have bred a generation of Englishmen who "know no songs" -- unless one counts the mass produced Cola-anthems.

I think I've said before, somewhere or other, that I have enjoyed the proverbial pub "lock ins" and late night singalongs in Welsh, Scottish and Irish pubs, where the ale and whisky has flowed. In one Scottish pub someone grabbed a squeezebox and we all sang Scots songs with a few Irish ones thrown in. I think there was even a Welsh one sung too. That was a night I'll never forget because there was a real sense of camaraderie there, we were all just friends, neighbours etc. and afterwards we all walked through the fields and roads to a friends house where we carried on till the break of dawn (it's rude to put the lid back on a whisky bottle!)

You had the feeling that this was a ritual long practiced, and the farmers, fishermen and handymen there could probably look back several generations and know that they did much the same.

Walking past an Australian themed pub near Tottenham Court Road (central London) I saw a sign outside asking for information about a vicious assault on a customer there.

At 3am walking through the West End of London you get the stench of fast food, the "boom boom" of coloureds cruising around in their little box cars with the bass turned right up, and the fear of someone from the duskier end of town approaching you "for a light."

Compare that to tottering through a field by moonlight en route from a lock-in to an impromptu (albeit discrete and cosy) house party...

I think that's what too many of us have lost. No drunken fighting and sprawling, no silly night club clothes (men or women!), no sparring up for a fight with strangers or screaming abuse at the police, no cheap salmonella fast food and vomit "pizzas" littering the streets: just a sense of shared culture, shared history, shared songs and a good time had by all.

Maybe it's not too late, but I still think the English need to grasp their history, their culture etc. and reclaim it from both the "inclusive" multi-cult "new labour" crud that's offered today (with "Swing Low" pumped out on speakers sung by UB40) as well as Tory-style pining for a lost Empire and a Union that is fast crumbling.

Reclaim England for the English. Return to your roots. Reclaim the pre-Mass Immigration indigenous communities. Reclaim the pre-Industrial revolution landscape. Reclaim the towering cathedrals with the tombs of warriors and saints. Reclaim the Saxon villages and farmsteads.

The Welsh, Scots and Irish know their roots. They know their history, their struggles, their cultures, their identities because they have been forged in struggles to regain/reclaim their nationhood.

Now it's time for the English to do likewise, and that is no bad thing!

So start today, and have a listen to the song "Roots" -- it has a valid message.

What is Identity?

A recent report says that mass coloured immigration has been badly managed and that the British fear they are losing their identity.

It got me to thinking.

If you travel in Wales and Scotland (that is if you don't live in either) you'll find a people who are, to a large extent, comfortable with their identity.

Right: Scottish Identity is much older than the 300 years of a Union forced on the Scots by a small, vocal, powerful, political and merchant class (lessons there for us as the same class push us all further into the EU).

Welsh and Scottish identity (if not Patriotism and Nationalism) are facing a resurgence. Now we can all say that this has been stage-managed to a degree, and that it isn't done to undermine "multi-culturalism" (eg. the powers-that-be make sure all manner of immigrants are seen to be "Welsh" or "Scottish") yet there is no doubt that to the people there, they have a renewed confidence, their heritage is celebrated.

Visit an eisteddfod or a highland games (and all manner of lesser events) and you'll find people flying their flag, unashamed of their history, celebrating their past etc. etc.

So where is this lack of identity? Where is this ambivalence, this uncertainty?

In a word: England.

A friend of mine, born, bred and living in England once told me that to the average Englishman and woman the words "Britain" and "England" were interchangeable, i.e. unless you were acutely politically aware they thought of their nation, their country.

These are the people whose identity is under threat. These are the people who feel they are losing their nationhood.

Whilst Britain is slowly reverting back to a Scandinavian model of separate nations living side by side, it is the English who have had their history whisked from them, whose self-confidence is undermined by a lack of awareness, by a lack of comfort in their heritage.

To my mind there is one overwhelming reason: RACE.

Mass coloured immigration has made most English cities non-English.

London is the prime example, of course, but even lesser cities where the coloureds aren't about to become the majority, they are still a sizeable and very vocal minority.

How can the people of Nottingham retain any pride when their city is now known not for its past in the Saxon Vs Norman struggle of Robin Hood but for the number of urban gun crime, primarily undertaken by coloured thugs and hoodlums.

Right: Cymdeithas yr Iaith Cymraeg (Welsh Language Society) activists wear the "Welsh Not" signs that were used to try and wipe out the Welsh language from 19th Century schools, a form of cultural genocide of one of Europe's oldest languages, the remnant of the language of the Ancient Britons.

This very real terrorism on our streets is not "Islamic" - there is no "war on terror" here, no determination to stamp out this terror whatever the cost despite the fact that more English people are affected by "West Indian/African" muggings, gun crime and/or drugs crimes than any "Islamic terror."

I believe this whole impasse can only be resolved when the English people retake the reins, and start to assert themselves.

"Take Back Our Country" is a kind of nationalist slogan and can easily be dismissed as purple prose, but what choice do we have? There has to be a mind by mind, house by house, street by street and community by community raising of the standard of St George, the Jerusalem Cross, the banner of the Crusaders.

The English must re-assert their nationhood. Stop this silly internecine warfare in blaming the Scots, arguing over tax revenues, payments and even North Sea Oil profits... It becomes demeaning and forces the focus on the people who are not to blame.

Too many English patriots spend time moaning about money (they perceive, rightly or wrongly) going to Glasgow or Edinburgh, when so many millions are poured into the immigrant areas and corrupt multi-culti quango led initiatives in London, Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester, Bristol... etc. etc.

So there we have it: discuss.

Our Poll this week shows an almost clear-cut opinion with (so far) circa a third of voters favouring a strict Union run from London, with about a half favouring independence for England and the Celtic Nations.

Whatever our future holds, unless the English grasp the nettle and start to re-affirm their nationhood it seems to me that if immigration continues apace, it will eventually wipe out large areas of Wales and Scotland too (not just Cardiff, Swansea, Glasgow and Edinburgh), not to mention the vast numbers of English who will continue to seek shelter in Wales and Scotland (as well as France and Spain).

Despite what some may say, and amidst the interesting environment of even Unionist organisations pushing forms of independence for England (seemingly contravening their beliefs!) this will all come back to whether we accept or oppose non-White immigrants, their descendants and dependents.

After all, how can English nationhood and history be understood in classrooms where most of the children aren't even European, let alone English? Might the English family's duty be to have more children as well as to fight to return immigrants to their ancestral homelands?

Maybe we can learn from the Indians!

The British Empire ran India for many years and shipped a lot of people out there.

The Indians won their independence decades ago and took back the reins of power, and the Brits left. Might not the reverse happen or is justice, nationalism, culture, freedom and identity only a right of Indians and not of the English?

Scrabbling to retain control of the Celtic Nations from Westminster (or indeed Brussels - but that's another huge argument!) seems to pander to the political class, obsessed with their own importance.

Why should any Englishman lose a single nights sleep over the first allegiance of the men of Cardiff or Edinburgh when he cannot even count on the first allegiance of most of the population of his own capital city?

Scotland, Skiing, Blue Peter, Art Attack, Snowblind

Seeing photos of a snow-covered Scotland today (great for the tourist/skiing industry which suffered last year) I couldn't help gazing at the beauty of the rolling white landscape.

I couldn't help thinking of the 70s Black Sabbath hit 'Snowblind.'

Could such a scene be the perfect landscaped garden for the average Blue Peter or Art Attack presenter of CBBC (Childrens BBC)?

Not only do the BBC seem to keep to to positive discrimination guidelines in that their presenters have to tick most boxes: White, Negro, Asian, Oriental but I dare say the "sexual orientation" fields are checked too (hence the well known preponderance of multi-ethnic pooftahs on CBBC).
