Huhne and Terry: Innocent Until Proven Guilty Has to be the Norm

I am no fan of either Chris Huhne or John Terry. One has had to step down as a government minister (you can bet he was told that if charges were laid he'd have to step down) and one had had the England football captaincy taken from him, as he's due to go to court in the Summer over the charge of a "racially aggravated public order" offence.

Whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty?

Primarily the media is to blame. Yes those morally upstanding perfect specimens of humanity: journalists and their owners.

In a court the other, a disgusting degenerate paedo, was found guilty of making/downloading hundreds of thousands of disgusting images. The judge told him to "expect a custodial sentence" (no s### Sherlock!) and then proceeded to release him on bail!

As he is going to go to jail anyway, why not send him straight to jail? If we are dispassionate about his heinous crimes (just for a second) we can say that the term served will come off his sentence anyway, and his incarceration will protect him from vigilante acts in his community (where he was ordered to stay!). Even from a wet liberal viewpoint the treatment of this "man" flies in the face of common sense: and he was found guilty of an incredibly evil series of crimes.

So let's look at the 'system' as its stands:

• It allows as-yet innocent people to be found guilty in the media (whom as the Leveson Inquiry has uncovered often have their own spin, vested interests, and profits in mind when reporting on issues - especially ones as arguable politics and 'racism').
• It allows a situation where a man guilty of paedophilia can be let free on bail (I wonder what his neighbours think?)

Why is a man guilty of the most terrible crime, short of abusing and killing children, treated with kid gloves when two men who have been alleged to have fibbed over a speeding car or said a 'naughty' word (I assume it was 'nigger' or 'black b###ard') are hounded out of their jobs.

I fail to see the seriousness of the latter crimes (not to say they don't deserve investigation under some circumstances) whereas it seems the system fails to see the seriousness of the paedo offences, letting guilty paedos out on bail and even when found guilty they only get a few years.

Moreover, the media should be ordered to back off, and people (whoever they are and whatever the crime) must be seen to be treated as innocent until proven guilty, and if they are then found guilty, then the media can report on the issues, and the courts can sentence them accordingly.

P.S. Interestingly both Huhne and Terry are adulterers and in my opinion you cannot trust adulterers. If a man will cheat on his wife, when he took a lifelong oath to honour her, then he will cheat on anything. But even that should not hamper their 'innocent until proven guilty' status in these cases.

Now They Won't Ever Bugger Off Home!

Top judges have said asylum seekers can stay here if their homosexuality makes them a target for harassment and suchlike 'back home.'

This is, of course, a green light now for degenerates from around the world to target the UK, knowing that they will have to be accepted, just as we accept gypsies from Eastern Europe (as if they were being killed by the lorry load out there).

As a P.S. may I ask the perennial question - why does an alleged pooftah in Iran or Central Africa have to travel all the way to the UK to find safety? is there really no other safe place betwixt hither and thither? To ask this question gives the lie to the idea that a load of fudge packers from the four corners of the world need to land in the UK to find safety. But then senior judges never did have any common sense.

European Arrest Warrants: A Blow Against Natural Justice

In this week's Private Eye [#1252] there's an interesting piece on European Arrest Warrants (EAWs) and their abuse.

They highlight three cases in Greece, France and Portugal of trials which fell way below accepted norms (flimsiest evidence, guilt in abstentia and more).

Of course for nationalists we have to worry that German laws on questioning history could mean the extradition of British subjects who have broken no UK law, on the flimsiest of evidence by political courts.

This is the way the European Union is heading and it should worry anyone who believes in the rights of nations to assert their own laws, traditions, justice, rights, let alone free and fair trials without undue pressure whether from jingoistic media, corrupt local officials or a political class.

Wasn't Fredrick Toben (pictured above), who was convicted of the bizarre crime (sic) of "offending the memory of the dead" in Germany in 1999 [Oliver Cromwell was a despot who banned Christmas - am I guilty too?], almost extradited from Britain on a 2004 EAW despite being an Australian citizen [and thus, for better or worse, a subject of Her Maj] and having broken no UK law? Only the brave decision by District Judge Daphne Wickham ruled the warrant invalid as it contained inadequate detail about the offences.

Even back in the early 80s Margaret Thatcher's government had the sense to see through arrest warrants issued by Italian Communist mayors and officials against young nationalists (Fiore, Morsello and others), charges based on corrupted evidence (sic) and guilty verdicts obtained in abstentia, which have since been disproved in the Italian courts (and various newspapers - in Italy and the UK - which spread the Communist lies having been successfully sued).

So if you have the chance read the article in Private Eye (on page 32, within the "In The Back" section of the magazine) and you will understand why the cases of Andrew Symeou, Deborah Dark and Gary Mann should have all patriots worried.

The sad thing is that liberals and leftists (inc/or/and Private Eye journalists) have chosen to ignore cases such as Toben's for shady political reasons and the Good Friday get-out clause ("they hid... for fear of the..." [Zionists of the day, ahem!]).

Big Brother is not around the corner. As more British citizens are finding out for themselves, Big Brother is alive and well and living in Brussels.

Ex-Godfather Nails Family Break-Up as Cause of Crime

An ex-Mafia man who recanted after leaving jail was being interviewed on BBC TV's Hardtalk tonight (on BBC News 24). His name was Louis Ferrante.

He made various interesting comments on the racial nature of the prison system in America, the need for reform in the system etc. etc.

One thing he was crystal clear on though. His words went something like: 'In 9 out of 10, no in 10 out of 10 of cases inside, the prisoners came from broken homes.'

Here was a hardened man. An ex-Mafia boss. From an Italian background. He had recanted of his ways. he had no real axe to grind, he even said (cliché detectors at the ready) that 'prison was the best thing that ever happened to me.'

Yet he clearly saw that as well as the prison system failing to educate and reform the inmates themselves, the one common factor was family breakdown.

Yet still our political masters, the pocket-stuffing quango members and the (chuckle chuckle) "experts" will tell us that this is nonsense, that all kinds of "families" are loving and caring, that fathers are a luxury not a necessity, that the family itself does not deserve extra support, and that marriage is an archaic/medieval idea.

As usual, they know best. Or think they do!

So whilst the prison system and ridiculous court system try to paper over the cracks, the family continues to fall apart after decades of liberalism, feminism and "do what thou wilt" politics.

What about sacrifice? What about commitment? What about fidelity?

Unless we can resurrect these ideals, these goals, these standards then our society will die.

Having managed to catch the Ferrante interview again on BBC News 24 (having only seen the last 5-10 minutes last night) it seems that he has become a "devout Jew." I assume he was born a Jew and as he claimed he reported directly to one of the NY Mafia's "five families" one wonders if this further underlines the relationship between Jewish hoodlums and the Mafia going back generations, via Murder Inc. etc.

Of course none of this detracts from Ferrante's comments on family breakup = criminals.

In this court case the two defendants made "slurs" against Judaism and were found guilty.

The former case received ample press and TV coverage throughout.

The latter case had a virtual blanket "ban" only being 'picked up' by small local newspapers.

Geoffrey Harries: Dead Paedophile

Will the gentleman who stabbed to death the paedophile Geoffrey Harries in Carmarthenshire get a prison sentence - or a medal?

It should be the latter, for carrying the sentence any decent court would hand down.

In a newspaper the other day I read of a paedophile who had 20,000 evil images on his pc and who had assaulted a young girl, who got 30-odd months in jail. After "good behaviour" that scumbag would've been out in a year and a bit.

This is why people are scandalised and why Harries was hounded from his home, only to be killed outside his mother's house where he'd taken refuge.

You get longer for robbing a bank: which shows exactly where the system has its priorities.

Harries was a copper until earlier this year. His erstwhile chief constable is now also at the centre of a paedophile scandal after getting a paedophile case against a judge friend of his dismissed.

And the politicians, coppers and judges wonder why none of us trust a system which treats the most evil of men with kid gloves (pardon the pun).

if true justice was served against these monsters, people wouldn't feel the need to dish out their own form of justice on the streets.

Here we go again.

This time it's a "captain of industry," Lord Browne the Chief Executive of BP has been found out for lying in court to try and hide the fact that his ex-"partner" of four years was a rent boy.

For those unaccustomed to politically correct gobbledygook and Orwellian newspeak a "partner" these days is not someone you go into business with, but someone you shack up with or go out with, so that your wife can be your "partner" or even a sodomite of a few days standing can also be your "partner."

It's a victory for the homosexual lobby that so many morons parrot the word when speaking of their wives or girlfriends.

It is a term I refuse to use. If someone uses it within my hearing I will ask if they started a business together. If they state they didn't I will say "Oh, you mean your wife or girlfriend" and seek clarification.

This pc newspeak needs to be confronted because a faggot with 52 "partners" a year would have you believe it is on a par with a married couple celebrating their Ruby Wedding Anniversary.

But to return to the issue at hand, Lord Browne (just why is he a Lord?) went to court to stop a story by his ex-sodomite rent boy lover (Jeff Chevalier) breaking, following Lord Browne-Hatter's ditching of his rent boy.

It now seems Lord Browne-Hatter will face one or more charges of perjury a la Jonathan Aitken and Jeffrey Archer. What a suitably exclusive club to belong to! For the first time in many years Lord Browne-Hatter must be not looking forward to being banged-up by a man in a wig!

Of course liberals and similar clowns phoned up various radio programmes today to say Lord Browne-Hatter wasn't wrong in his sodomy, but in the fact he lied.

You see: there is no moral right and wrong any more. It's not wrong to engage in bestial acts with Daisy the Friesian - just to lie about it a la Clinton (as he might have said about Monica Lewinsky: 'Ah did not have sexual relations with that Cow').

Oh no! Liberalness rules!

Hire rent boys! No problem.

Use Company employees in your sodomite love tryst! No problem.

Do whatever questionable, disgusting and repulsive activities you like... just don't tell fibs to the judiciary...

You see in quitting his post (he says he resigned - but there's resigning and there's resigning) a few months early he's been said to have lost wages and shares worth £15 Million.

I always said that homosexuality is traditionally a disease of the idle upper classes. He may not be idle, but to lose £15 Million... how much was this degenerate paid? Clearly too much as he felt the need to splash out on rent boys.

Still, nothing wrong with that - according to the pc brigade that is! If only he hadn't lied in court - he could have continued buggering about, collecting his share options, hobnobbing with powerful politicians...

It will be interesting to see if this silly bugger has his title removed by Tony Blair or Gordon Brown, after all Lord Browne-Hatter did try and bamboozle the court into accepting his version of events by referring to his title and all the powerful men he knows and associated with.

Will the NuLabour machine (which brayed like donkeys over Tory sleaze and corruption) make amends by stripping Lord Browne-Hatter of his title?

Or will we see just one more example of the mega-rich and powerful saying how their corrupt and degenerate friends behave with "honour" whilst caught in flagrante delicto, trousers firmly around ankles.

I suspect the latter. The political colours may change - but the cover-up and the cronyism maintains.

Still, don't worry about Lord Browne-Hatter, he still retires with a package estimated at £55 Million.

And (according to his ex-rent boy) as "a neurotic, self-obsessed control freak" he'll still fit in well with the Fat Cats, politicians and other flotsam and jetsam which seems to find its way to the top in Blair's Cool Britannia.

Still, it's nice to know that BP treats criminality and the undermining of traditional values so seriously as to let Lord Brown-Hatter walk away with £55 Million. Would a normal employee of a normal company get such a generous pay-off if committing various criminal acts (using male prostitutes and perjury)?

Maybe BP are oblivious to the evils of buggery and perjury... having conned and buggered so many people around the globe to make their multi-billions!
