We have been sent a link to the Blog wherein the membership list is published. As of this evening the BNP has still not had the site closed down.
I would hazard a guess that the site breaks the law viz publishing personal details held on trust by the BNP and therefore those in charge of the BNP and/or its data files would be liable for any action by those listed who lose their jobs or suffer materially or emotionally because of their details being published where anyone (inc "extremists") can abuse them.
The Data Protection Act is a serious piece of legislation designed to safeguard all our personal details after all.
When the government makes a mess like this we all demand heads roll...
To protect all the BNP members listed we will not be publishing the url that was sent as "feedback" to our last post.

So whilst some people will face losing jobs as recession bites -- and he blames people who quit the BNP before dates detailed on this list -- he thinks this is all "water off a duck's back"???

Anyway this has got to be more than just a 'mailicious act'. It can only confirm suspicions that the BNP are riddled with covert agents and wrong 'uns in general.
As usual, it is your normal joes who are caught in the middle and used as pawns in the game.
I don't think Griffin is in the pay of the State. Darby is, but Griffin is probably just blackmailable. If anything this looks like a move against Griffin (who has now completely lost his credibility). Don't be surprised if Darby looks to stick the knife in. When he takes over, he can set about making the BNP an ineffective, Toryite talking shop, just like what happened with Fini's crowd in Italy.
